Membership Information

Any person interested in the objectives of the HNGC is eligible  for membership.  A membership runs from July 1 through June 30.  The HNGC shall not permit in their conduct of club affairs, any restriction or limitation whatsoever based upon race, color, creed, gender and national origin or employment status.

Membership Responsibilities

• Members are required to hostess or assist in hospitality at a minimum of one meeting each year, participate in  club fund-raising activities and pay annual dues.  Members must volunteer to serve on at least one committee per year.

Member Dues

• Renewing member's annual dues must be paid by June 30th.  Annual dues for members is reviewed and determined each March by the Board of Directors.  Any new member starting  between July 1st and January 31st must pay the full years' membership dues (currently $25).  If a new member joins between February 1st and April 30th, one half of the membership dues must be paid.

Monthly Membership Meetings

• The September meeting is usually held on the second Wednesday.  From October through June membership meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm, unless otherwise notified by the Board.

      N.B.  After a trial schedule of meetings in July and August instead of January and February during 2018-19, we return to our September through June meeting schedule for 2019-2020.
